In compliance with Greek consumer protection law (Law 2251/1994) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order.

Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

1. Send an email to info@4sdistribution.gr with your order number and reason for return.
2. Return the item(s) in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition you received them.
3. Include the proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

Refunds

Once the returned goods are received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized
• Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons
