The OH1 (and OH1+) is an optical heart rate sensor worn comfortably on the arm (or clipped to goggles/temple using the included accessory) Band size MXXL fits most adult upper arms; the strap is machine-washable and made for longer-term use. Lightweight design sensor weighs ~5 g, band ~12 g, clip ~3.5 g; water resistant up to 30 m depth. The OH1+ model adds ANT+ support and extended memory (up to 200 hours), and can be used independently or paired with various devices via Bluetooth or ANT+
